Located in historic downtown Truckee, this building was designed and built within an extremely quick time period after a tragic explosion destroyed the previous building. It was designed to blend seamlessly into the historic fabric while incorporating the latest theories in boutique retail. The unique courtyard maximizes the storefronts and lures the visitors up the prominent staircase. This was a design-build project and stayed within one-tenth of one percent of the budget after significant change orders.
