Residential Project 980605
Located on a west facing upslope site with long mountain views and overlooking a small alpine lake, this site created a challenge to make the front yard the private back yard. The long driveway snakes around from below the home to a motor and entry court at the rear of the site. This enables one to enter the home and view through to the sunny view terraces with stone bench walls creating privacy to below. On the main level is the master suite as well as the great room, central kitchen, and sunny dining room. Over the kitchen and dining room is a loft overlooking the great room with space for billiards as well as a home office. Adjacent is a guest suite with its own covered balcony. A different turn at the mid-level stair landing sends one to the kids' wing including a sizable media/play room and two bedrooms with baths en suite over the garage.Collaboration:
