The Greens at The Rock

As part of a mixed-use project The Rock that includes about 60,000 SF of commercial retail and
office are 19 units of residential condominiums adjacent to the Ponderosa Golf Course. These
were incentive units to increase the housing stock in Truckee. At the time, the planning
commission considered them affordable not by mandate or subsidy but by their smaller-than-market size.
