George joined MWA shortly after graduating from the University of Colorado - Boulder with a Bachelor of Environmental Design. His background focuses on sustainable building, renewable energy, social sustainability, and wildlife rehabilitation/habitat restoration - volunteering with organizations such as the United States Green Building Council, Colorado Renewable Energy Society, Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Habitat for Humanity, and the Open Space and Mountain Parks Department. George looks to take his knowledge gained from working across the Colorado Front Range and apply it positively to the Truckee-Tahoe region.
